Marsaction 2: Web Store

We're thrilled to announce the GRAND OPENING of the Marsaction 2: Space Homestead Web Store!

This incredible feature—which exists outside of the Marsaction 2 App—functions like a normal website domain, and can be accessed from any web browser, on any device, at any time.

Why Use The Web Store?

• The Web Store features items with exclusive price points, sales, discounts, and offers that you won’t find in-game.
• Web Store Currency (Mars Credits) can be used in the Shop to acquire Packs, enhance your Base, and increase your power.
• Getting Mars Credits through the Web Store will allow you to purchase in-game Packs for a cheaper price. It’s the smarter way to spend!

Access Special Currency 

• The Web Store introduces a new currency called Mars Credits, which can be used on any purchase that would normally require real-world cash—including in-game Packs!
• Mars Credits can be used independently—or in combination with—real-world cash to obtain Packs and other purchases.
• Note: Mars Credits cannot be used to purchase additional Mars Credits.

First Time Buyer & Daily Gift

• In addition to providing extra Mars Credits on all purchases, the Web Store also has special First Time Buyer Offers available—don’t miss out on these!

How to Get Mars Credits 

• Log In: Log into the Marsaction 2 Web Portal by connecting your UID. This ensures that purchased Mars Credits will be delivered to the correct account.
  • Find Your UID: Tap the Avatar icon in the top left corner → Player Info → UID (bottom left).
• Store: Take advantage of special promotions by purchasing Vault Items & Value Bundles!
  • To complete purchases: select the Item you wish to purchase, then follow the instructions to complete payment. 

How to Use Mars Credits

• Mars Credits (once purchased) will be displayed and stocked in your in-game Inventory.
• When selecting an in-game Pack to purchase, a new message will appear; this pop-up will ask if you’d like to purchase the Pack with real-world cash, or Mars Credits.
  • If you tap the “Use MC” Button, the Pack will be purchased with Mars Credits, and the due amount will be subtracted from your total amount of collected Credits.  

Frequently Asked Questions 

• How often will the store be updated?
  • The Store will not be updated in accordance with any set or recurring cadence. Visit the Store regularly to stay informed on the latest promotions.

• How long will it take for Web Store purchases to appear in my account?
  • In most cases, purchases are delivered to your in-game account within minutes. On rare occasions, there may be a slight delay.

• I made a purchase and it has not been delivered. What should I do?
  • If a purchase hasn't been delivered to your account, please contact the Marsaction 2 customer support team for further assistance.

• If I purchase a bunch of Mars Credits at once, can I use them for multiple in-game purchases?
  • Yes. Any acquired Mars Credits can be used in multiple, separate purchases.

• Do I need to use all my Mars Credits at the same time?
  • No. You can maintain a Mars Credits balance of any size on your account.

• Will my Mars Credits expire?
  • No. Mars Credits do not expire—they are valid indefinitely.

• Are the Discounts and Free Gifts on the Web Store permanent?
  • Free Gifts, Discounts, and Web Store Pricing are subject to change—though we will consistently evaluate our offers to ensure that we are providing the highest value to players.

• Is there a limit to how many purchases can be made on the Web Store?
  • Some items may have a maximum purchase limit—these will be marked and identified. Otherwise, you can make as many purchases as you would like on the Web Store.
